Trainer Wesley Ward is confident Lady Aurelia can claim victory in the King's Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot.
The American three-year-old claimed victory in her last outing at Keeneland and Ward has been impressed with his charge's preparation work.
Lady Aurelia scooped the Queen Mary Stakes at last year's Royal Ascot and Ward feels she can claim another victory this year.
“I was going to go into the work a little easy, but when we got that little bit of rain with the give in the ground I thought it would be a good time – two weeks out – to let her skip along, so I changed my plan a little bit,” he said, as reported by Sky Sports. “She worked tremendous.”
