An early morning drift on My Whirlwind at Warwick is hardly surprising considering she has been off the track for so long and I am putting one up against her. Her stablemate, FANTASTIC LADY, is a really interesting runner in this as not only is she Nico De Boinville's only ride on the card, but she put up a really positive performance on her debut over track and trip last time out.
The winner was impressive that day and pulled well clear but this mare made steady progress into 4th and that bare form doesn't put her all that far away in this race. She is related to some smart types including stablemate Casablanca Mix and that gives me plenty of hope that she is able to get competitive today.
