Miss Amulet in line for Longchamp outing

Trainer Ken Condon has revealed Miss Amulet is likely to be aimed at next year's French 1000 Guineas at Paris .

Miss Amulet, who now runs in the colours of Michael Tabor's wife, Doreen, finished third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Keeneland last under the guidance of jockey Julien Leparoux in what was her eighth start of a busy season.

The two-year-old grey filly has chalked up three victories in 2020, with success at in July followed by wins at and in the Class 1 Lowther Stakes, and are now looking at the 2021 plans.

Condon says he was happy with the latest display in the US and a trip to Longchamp for the French 1000 Guineas next year is expected to dominate the team's thinking for the early part of her season.

“I think her main aim early on will be the French Guineas – we think that might suit her better. I know all the Guineas are run over a mile, but some tracks are stiffer than others,” he was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

“We know if she doesn't stay a mile we have the option of coming back in trip, but I had a quick exchange with Michael Tabor after the race and I think the French Guineas is where we are going.”
