Dandalla’s connections to bide their time

Owner Nick Bradley has confirmed his team are happy to consider a number of races for Royal winner Dandalla.

The two-year-old was an impressive winner at on her debut on June 2 before she then proved a worthy winner for the second successive time after trouncing her rivals in the at last week.

The -trained juvenile could now be given her next outing at Group Two level, with the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes at a possibility.

The Prix Robert Papin at Chantilly in July is also a potential route, and Bradley says the team are delighted by their possible choices.

He told reporters: “It was a great performance and we sort of thought she might do that, to be honest, although maybe not in that style.

“The word beforehand was really good. You never really know what your up against going into a juvenile race at Royal Ascot, but Karl was very hopeful and how right he was – he's done a great job with her.

“There's the fillies' only Group Two at the July meeting at Newmarket or the Prix Robert Papin at Chantilly on July 19. I think it will be one or the other of those.

“If she runs in the Papin, she'll be taking on colts, but that wouldn't be a concern.”
