Bradley reveals Consequences options

manager Nick Bradley says Consequences will be going for the Norfolk Stakes if the team head to Royal .

Consequences, who is trained by David O'Meara, finished second on his racecourse debut at after being beaten by two-and-a-quarter-lengths by Santry in the British Stallion Studs EBF Novice Stakes.

The two-year-old managed to improve next time out at to clinch victory in the EBF Novice Stakes, finishing comfortably ahead of Pursuing The Dream in second.

Attentions are now being directed to his next potential outing and Bradley has revealed the Norfolk Stakes at Ascot on June 22 is something the camp is mulling over.

“At York he looked the best horse in the ring. We've always thought a lot of him and he is one of our biggest two-year-olds,” he was quoted as saying by sportinglife.com. “I think he ran into a nice horse at York. He hit the front too soon and he was a bit green on that soft ground first time out.

“He was a bit more professional at Catterick, but he has still got more to learn. If he goes to Ascot, I suspect it would be for the Norfolk.”
