Ryan Winks will serve a seven-day ban for a whip offence on Fresh By Nature at Uttoxeter on Saturday.
Race stewards adjudged that the jockey used his whip above the permitted level as he guided the Harriet Bethell-trained six-year-old to a third-placed finish behind Deja Bougg in the #localandproud Mares' Handicap Hurdle.
Winks will serve his suspension between May 20-26.
Meanwhile, Alan Wedge was hit with a two-day ban between May 20-21 for using his whip too much on Blue Rhythm, who came in fourth place in division one of the Sentinel May Un Mar Lady Novices' Handicap Hurdle.
