With temperatures hitting the 30°C mark, Royal Ascot was bathed in sunshine for the opening day of one of the world’s best Flat meetings. Ribchester got favourite backers off to the perfect start in the Queen Anne Stakes with a trackrecord winning win and he looks set to continue his domination of the mile division for the rest of the year.
