The deadline for the July issue was too early for me to cover Royal Ascot for Racing Ahead but I did write blogs for Star Sports on-line who took some very chunky business on course.
It was a weird old week in the respect that I was getting quite a bit of negativity and even abuse from accounts on social media, mainly X, formerly known as Twitter. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if some of the of course anonymous accounts weren’t the same sad individual.
