A nice card at Carlisle is catching my eye today and I fancy a couple to run well. First up is UNITED FRONT for the Mick Appleby team who are in good heart at present. This lad won pretty cosily at Beverley last time (similar track to Carlisle) and might just be unexposed on the turf having spent most of his career on the all weather. His young rider negates the rise he received for that win at Beverley and I can see him running well today.
I'm not the only one who likes DREAM HARDER in 4.20 as he has been well supported overnight. Ian Williams charge has been in good form and his second at York recently has been boosted after the winner went in again since. He was slightly unlucky that day as well so he does rate an obvious selection in many ways but running at this stiff track should suit and at 10/3 he still looks a decent bet. I wouldn't completely rule out MOLINARI who has a good course record here and can be backed at 20/1.
