May is certainly a busy month as the new Flat turf season gets going and another popular race towards the end of May is the Group Two Temple Stakes.
Run at Haydock over 5f, it’s a race that often attracts some of the fastest horses in training and that’s been no different in recent years with the speedy Battaash landing the last two renewals.
