Ben`s Tips of The Day 27.11.20

Today is the first day of a 3 day bonanza and there looks to be plenty of punting opportunities for us to get stuck in to. host a 2 day meet and I will be surprised if EVENSTEVENS doesn't go close today with a recent run now under his belt.

Alastair Ralph's horse looked in desperate need of a run last time out at , a track that wouldn't necessarily suit this big, strong horse. He is better judged on his second over course and distance where he had the misfortune of bumping into an incredibly well in Jobsonfire. However, he did pull clear of Sultans Pride who is now rated a lot higher and on bare form it looks like Evenstevens has plenty in hand.

I'm a big believer in visual impressions and the visual impression HONEST VIC left on me at last time out is one I can't ignore. Henry Daly's horse looked as though he joined the 3 mile race up the home straight as he sauntered clear up the run in to win easy in the end. I had my stamina doubts about him that day but he proved there is no such concern on that front and if anything he looks like he has stamina in abundance. It was a graded performance that day and he steps up to that level today so he has a bit to prove but Daly isn't one to tilt at windmills and I think this lad is up to the challenge.

Doncaster 12.55 – Evenstevens

3.00 – Honest Vic
