His Ballydoyle brigade is headed by Chester Vase winner and ante-post favourite, Benvenuto Cellini.
O’Brien will be looking for a Derby double.

Epsom entries
Other notable entries for O’Brien include Action and Christmas Day, both last seen placing in the Dante at York.
Aside from the O’Brien septet, unbeaten Dante winner Item is also confirmed for Andrew Balding and Juddmonte.
He currently looks the most likely challenger to Benvenuto Cellini.
Maltese Cross, winner of the Lingfield Derby Trial, is also confirmed alongside Leopardstown Derby Trial victor, James J Braddock.

Derby dawning
Final declarations for the showpiece classic will be announced on Wednesday, June 3.
This is 72 hours before the race is due to get underway, a day sooner than usual for Saturday meetings.
This is to generate added interest in the race, with the draw and jockey bookings also announced sooner.
ITV will show six races from the Derby Festival starting from 13:30 with the Derby set to go to post at 16:00.
This also includes the Group One Coronation Cup, which looks set to feature last year’s Derby winner Lambourn and the world’s highest rated racehorse – Calandagan.
ITV will also show the Epsom Oaks the day before, with the Fillies’ Classic due to also get underway at 16:00, with coverage starting at 13:30.
