Having been run before the Aintree Grand National last year, it’s back to normal for the Scottish National in 2023 with the race run the week after.
Therefore, it’s very unlikely we’ll see a horse running in both – unless, maybe, they are an early faller in the Aintree one – like Vicente in 2017.
