Robert Cooper is loving life as an ambassador, keeping an eye on his syndicate's horse Jack Langley and chatting to rising trainer Nick Scholfield.

The role of Ambassador conjures up visions of chauffeur driven limousines, swimming pools, first class air travel to luxury resorts: basically, lavishness at every level.
But there are Ambassadors and ambassadors and I am the lower case ‘a’ variety. Flying the flag for the Sir Bob, Stowe Racing and Friends syndicate is an honour and there is no more lavish a resort than Newmarket’s July Course.
