Rory Paddock

For well over a decade, Rory has worked at the sharp end of sports editorial and brand strategy, turning ideas into platforms, audiences and commercial results.

He has founded three start-ups — two in sports editorial — scaling concepts from blank pages into nationally recognised entities with global clients.

Working in global brand and marketing within the sport and iGaming space, has has helped shape strategy across continents, optimized SEO, storytelling, product marketing and data-led insight to deliver content and products that resonate commercially as well as creatively.

Along the way, he has led digital product projects in the sporting industry, contributed to major pitches and tenders, interviewed sporting greats, and had sports analysis featured in daily outlets across the world.

In 2024–2025, Rory topped that journey by winning the Racing Post Press Tipster Competition — proof that after years of studying form, he deserved a spot against the 'big boys'.
