CHARLES DARWIN was one of the most visually impressive winners at Royal Ascot and that impression is backed up by the clock. He is awarded the monster figure of 98 for this bloodless success in the Group 1 Norfolk Stakes.
He skipped along on the quick ground and Ryan Moore didn’t have to get overly serious in pushing him out for the victory ahead of WISE APPROACH (91) who ran a fine race too.
