I’ve crossed Cleeve Hill’s crest countless times, bridging its brim to find the racecourse in wait. Until now, my view had never featured full-leafed trees and a 20-degree haze.
Not often do you find such temperatures at the Showcase in October, nor at the November or December meetings.
