CRYSTAL OCEAN (114) was beaten a head in the Juddmonte International but he still clocked the best time of the previous month, when pushing Enable all the way in the King George.
It was an excellent performance by Japan to beat him and he franked the 123 he was awarded by our figures at Royal Ascot.
ENABLE (112) received a female’s allowance hence being rated slightly lower and it’s all systems go for the Arc now after that success.
