GREAT to read that the legendary ‘Sir Bob’ – Robert Cooper – is back in the Place-pot fold, and that the partnership of Dymchurch Robbo and Placepot Pete helped to inspire it.
One quick tip for 2026, Robert: almost always select three runners in seven-horse handicaps, the favourite around 6/4 and, say, two 8/1 runners. The logic is obvious, as is the ‘almost always.’
