The step up in trip should really suit GETAMAN today based on his last run at Stratford. He was well touted that day but took time to hit top stride around that tight track.
Newton Abbot is similarly tight so the longer trip should pose no problems. He is out of the handicap but clearly connections think he is a lot better than his current mark so again that shouldn’t be an inconvenience. At 4/1 in a small field he looks a smart bet.
