MOTARAJEL is a consistent performer at this level and I think he could be the value bet in the 4.10 at Ripon today. Tim Easterby’s charge has ran at Ripon once and won once so I’m hoping he can develop into a Ripon specialist with another victory today. It doesn’t look that deep a race with plenty of his rivals having to answer questions about their form and well being. Granted a strong pace I think he should be in the mix come the finish.
CASTLE QUARTER looks a really good bet at 7/2 at Newton Abbot this evening. Neil Mulholland’s charge has shaped well the past two starts but has proven to be quirky once hitting the front. Connections reach for cheekpieces today and Sam Twiston-Davies takes over the reigns and both changes should lead to him going very close.
