He seems to have been well found in the market now but ROYAL PATRONAGE certainly stood out as a good bet in the Dante when he opened 14/1. A very good two year old for Mark Johnston he looked to have a few in trouble in the Guineas before ultimately folding late on after setting a blistering pace. The step up to 1m 2f should certainly be within his compass and will bring out further improvement. I don’t think he will have to improve much to beat these though.
