February marks an exciting time for any Cheltenham punter with final entries for the Festival, including nine perilously difficult handicaps, being released. From a personal viewpoint I find no greater enjoyment than trying to solve these handicaps and I will be looking to highlight some horses to keep an eye on for the Festival.
