The 1.15 at Ludlow represents a big drop in grade for DEMACHINE who ran in the Ladbrokes Trophy last time out.
He travelled easily in that race but didn't quite get home, whether that was due to the lack of a recent run or not quite seeing out the extended trip, only time will tell.
However, I do think he's the class horse in the race here and should take all the beating despite having to carry top weight.
In the next race, I'm hopeful that ONE FOR YOU can return to form.
A mid race mistake seemed to knock the stuffing out of him last time out but his effort the time before sets the standard in this race.
He certainly looks a better horse than his current mark and I will be disappointed if he can't go close here.
