I think it will take a big effort from one of CHILLI FILLI’S rivals today if they are to take her crown away from her. Henry Daly’s likeable mare took this race last year before going on to have a good season culminating in a victory at Perth. I think the 3 mile trip is really important to her and that certainly seems to be her optimum trip these days. It is also interesting she remains in training as her owners are keen breeders so connections must remain positive that she can pick up some more black type this season and hopefully she can achieve that today.
