It was hard not to be impressed with how strongly BILLY RAY stayed on last time at Wetherby over 2m 3f. He steps up today to 3 miles which is a trip that should suit him much more based on how he hit the line at Wetherby.
He was a very tidy handicapper on the flat and stayed 2 miles on the level so again, you would think he will appreciate this 3 mile trip today. The ground will be no issue and off bottom weight he should be bang there in a weak-ish race.
