It has been a very interesting few months with the debate surrounding the FOBTs, and as a consequence of the Government’s action to reduce stakes to a mere £2 the industry will undoubtedly suffer.
However, it means that bookmakers will have to go back to their core skill, and it is supposedly their original real skill, that of bookmaking, making up a competitive book and laying a real bet.
