I don’t expect the price to last until this piece gets out but the current 5/1 about MISS AUSTEN at Lingfield looks an each way play to nothing. Hughie Morrison’s classy bumper mare couldn’t handle the soft ground at Huntingdon last time out in listed company but she has earlier demonstrated her qualities with a convincing win at Ludlow. She made a big impression that day and her turn of foot was impressive and such a trait should stand her in good stead today. Nicky Henderson runs three in the race but each of them have a bit to prove and the solid bet looks to be the selection.
