Irish 2,000 Guineas winner NATIVE TRAIL is fancied to get the month of July off to the best possible start for Godolphin, by landing the Coral Eclipse at Sandown (Saturday 2nd). Runner-up to stable-mate and subsequent St James’s Palace Stakes winner Coroebus in the Newmarket equivalent, he finished really strongly at the Curragh and shapes as though he could improve for stepping up to 10 furlongs.
