How I love the Craven meeting as it heralds the real start of the new Flat season properly, the Wood Ditton stakes on the Thursday of the fixture is my favourite as we always unleash an unraced three-yearold of potential in that race.AS you see from my photo the course is in excellent condition after an easy mild winter, the course had an application of fertiliser recently to power the grass into life.
