BRAVEMANSGAME was impressive when winning the King George, clocking the biggest speed figure since our last issue in the process– 83.
Paul Nicholls’ star had the beating of L’Homme Presse before he took a late tumble and he was well clear of the rest jumping the final fence. The champion trainer is adamant he will stay the Cheltenham Gold Cup trip but it’s clear that three miles on a flatter track brings out the best in him and it’s doubtful that he’ll get up the infamous hill.
