APLUS TARD was a visually impressive winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup and that is backed up by the clock.
Henry De Bromhead’s star clocked a very speedy 82 in taking the Blue Riband in great style. That was the best chase performance of the meeting, three points ahead of Energumene in the Champion Chase.
