FITNESS PLAYS BIG ROLE AT THIS TIME

Ben Morgan ends his month on a winning note

At this stage of the season, I remain sceptical of most horses and their fitness levels which results in a general reduction in use of my betting apps for a month or so.
A lack of fitness was potentially the issue with my first punt of the month, Greaneteen (£20 e/w at 4/1) in the Haldon Gold Cup. Last year’s winner improved no end last season and his campaign culminated in him beating star chaser Altior at Sandown.
He had a big job on his hands conceding so much weight to his rivals at Exeter but to me the race just reeked of Bry...
