I’m hoping the step down in grade can help SHALADAR get his head in front at Beverley this afternoon. Kevin Ryan’s charge has caught my eye once or twice in his career, shaping like a horse who should be a lot better than his current mark. He was a solid fifth at Hamilton last time in what I think was a good race and a repeat of that effort will see him go close today. Beverley 4.10 – Shaladar
