The Grade 1 Clarence House Chase has been the victim to the weather over the years with several renewals having to be rerouted to Cheltenham – including in 2023 and 2024 – so let’s hope the weather plays ball this month.
Last year we were okay though, as Jonbon saw off Energumene at Ascot – making amends for his neck defeat in 2024 when Elixir De Nutz outgunned the JP McManus star at Cheltenham.
