Ben`s Tips of The Day

            There isn’t much over sticks that captures my imagination today so I’m heading to the flat to find a daily tip. The 4.00 at Newcastle is a competitive 2m handicap and I thought COSMELLI was ridiculously overpriced at 33/1 last night. His price has contracted to something more sensible this morning (around 14/1) but I still think he’s value in an open race.

            A few of these are likely to need the run and a few of these don’t have any form around this unique track so it isn’t cut and dry like some may think. My selection has a great course and distance record and although he looks out of form, I’m hoping a return to his favourite track can spark him up and if it does then he looks weighted to go close.
