Cheltenham 12.40 – Yoga looks top class
I was impressed with young MINELLA YOGA last time out as he downed a Nicky Henderson hotpot at Newbury.
Ok, he was receiving a lot of weight, but there is no hiding place at Newbury, and the fact he was able to get past the older, more hardened Act Of Innocence spoke volumes of his ability.
I feel like I have to follow him here despite it looking a tough contest, but even if he is beaten on Saturday, I think he might just repay us at the Festival in the Boodles as a mark of 129 looks very workable.

Doncaster 2.38 – Curtis aiming to get Tornado back on course
I was bitterly disappointed with NEWTON TORNADO last time out after he pulled up at Newbury before the race had chance to develop.
A bad mistake prompted that quick action from Ben Jones, and hopefully long-term, he will repay anything I lost on him that day.
He lines up again at Doncaster tomorrow and I have to support him given how sweet I was on him last time out.
The form of his Bangor win is strong and I think he still has plenty to offer off his new mark. The galloping nature of Doncaster will also play to his strengths.
Uttoxeter 1.57 – Admiral to finally set sail at Uttoxeter
I’m sure Jamie Snowden would have expected ADMIRAL STEWART to be higher than a mark of 120 as he embarked on a novice chase career, but things haven’t quite gone his way so far.
It looks as if there have been genuine excuses for his poor runs so far, and for that reason, I’m keen to give him another chance now returned to a soft surface.
He showed plenty of ability as a novice hurdler, and he always held plenty of scope to make a much better chaser, so despite a slow start to his new career, I think he will put his best foot forward tomorrow.
