Ascot 2.20 – Trustee Thomas inmate to gain just rewards
I think VINCENZO can count himself as unlucky to have run two good races at Cheltenham the last two times but finish second on both occasions.
He is clearly a classy handicapper and probably a good bit better than his mark if things fall his way.
He has been nudged up a 1lb since his last effort, but that is fair enough, I think, as he drops down a grade here.
With Hitman keeping all the weights down, the selection does look well weighted and I expect him to take this opportunity to get his head in front.

Ascot 2.53 – Came From Nowhere to come from nowhere?
I was very impressed with CAME FROM NOWHERE last time out at Hereford, as hold-up tactics over the 2m 4f trip seemed to unlock his obvious potential.
He looked the winner a long way out and I’m pretty sure there was plenty left at the line. He has earned a step up in grade and connections could prove wise to have skipped last week’s Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton as this looks a good bit easier.
Up 7lbs in a better race, he will have to improve again, but I’m pretty confident he will. 3/1 looks ok to me and he rates the headline bet this Saturday.
Haydock 2.35 – Kyntara to bounce back to form
KYNTARA has probably been unlucky to have the form figures that he has so far this season, as he has run much better races than the form suggests.
He has done all the donkey work in both races and has not been suited by track position either time. He will probably appreciate this Haydock course with a little bit of cut and I expect Charlie Deutsch to let him roll out in front.
It is a course where the leader can pinch a few lengths on the field turning in and with this lad now looking very well handicapped compared to his old form, I think he could be hard to peg back if allowed to dictate.
